What is NLP?
Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) is “the study of the structure of subjective experience.”
NLP was developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder when they “modeled” how the most successful communicators of their time achieved results.
NLP began as a means of modeling the intuitive behavior and skills of highly effective communicators in the field of personal change. In the last 30 years, NLP has been used to model many talented professionals including entrepreneurs, leaders, sales people, public speakers, negotiators, consultants and coaches.
Neuro: the workings of the human brain
Linguistic: verbal and non-verbal communication
Programming: patterns in thinking and behaving
